They have assorted ratings and applications suited for remote control switching. Typically a vehicle will utilise twenty plus relays, working effectively behind the scene. Common locations for Durakool automotive relays include within the engine, lighting, screen wipe/wash, steering, power seats and electric mirrors. The relays are either Normally Open (NO), Changeover (CO) or Normally Closed (NC).
