RF3500D-AYW-MNG1 is a 5-inch, IPS, Capactitive Touch Panel TFT Display and 16:9 aspect ratio. Its resolution is 720×1280 pixels. The module features wide viewing angle (80/80/80/80 degree) thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now.
This Capactitive Touch Panel Display has driver IC ILI9881C supporting 4-lanes MIPI interface. It features low power consumption on the backlight, providing brightness 250 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 800 : 1.
The power supply voltage ranges from 2.6~3.6V, typical value is 3.3V. The module works within the temperature -20 to+70?, storage temperature covers from-30 to+80?.
